Anna holds a M.S. in Nutrition Science from Syracuse University and a B.S. in Comprehensive Science from Villanova University. She completed her dietetic internship at The Emily Program through the University of Minnesota gaining a specialty in disordered eating. In her spare time, she enjoys exploring the area with her dog Tito and doing art as self care.

Mariana holds a M.S. in Couples and Family Therapy from the University of Oregon and a B.A. in Psychology from UC Santa Barbara. Her approach is compassionate, individualized and evidence-based. Mariana practices Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to help you modify thoughts and behaviors preventing you from leading a rich and meaningful life. She primarily helps people with stress, anxiety, depression, life transitions, workplace issues, eating disorders, and negative body image and has specialized experience treating disordered eating, exercise, and negative body image. She provides services both in-person in San Francisco and via live video for California residents.
Besides being a therapist, Mariana loves painting, practicing meditation, and spending time with her adorable rescue pup, Mina.

Naia Riley received her B.S. In Pre-Medical Nutrition Science from California Polytechnic State University where she worked as a leader in the body positivity movement on campus. She completed her dietetic internship in San Francisco and has experience treating a myriad of health conditions, including digestive disorders and eating disorders. Naia is very passionate about providing holistic, individualized treatment to meet the unique needs of each client. In her free time, she absolutely loves dancing, cooking, and crafting.
